Some FAQs about attending:

  • There is no cost to attend however some hotels charge for parking.
  • Dress code is casual to business attire. Be comfortable.
  • Wear layers it's either really hot or really cold in the room
  • Complimentary beverages are provided in the morning, and lunch in the afternoon. 
  • PLEASE  cancel at least 48 hours before the event if you can't attend to allow another time to take your seat.
